Once the Vulnerability Assessments and Security Evaluations are complete and mitigation strategies have been defined and agreed, then the implementation phase begins. LBi offers professional and independent security system implementation and project management services. LBi will identify all the necessary system requirements including CCTV, Access Control, and equipment for the Security Control Center and will specify the Civil Works required for the security upgrades.
With LBi managing the implementation, the planned intent of the Security Strategy is translated into reality in a consistent and seamless manner. LBi will:
- Manage the tendering process and guide the implementation for equipment and Civil Works.
- Recruit qualified security personnel for identified positions within the security structure.
- Provide specialised training for security personnel and senior management and awareness presentations for staff and dependents.
- Review and revise the organisation’s Security Policy & Procedures and integrate the enhanced security system into the organisation’s existing documentation.
- Commission, test and hand over the Security system to the organisation’s personnel.
- Review and revise, or implement, Contingency and Business Continuity Plans.
