This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information received from users of the Site and subscribers to the Brief.

Le Beck is committed to providing quality services and ensuring the protection of your Personal Information. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and Brief and, regarding the latter, for contacting you with information regarding changes and related products. When receiving the Brief we require certain basic information at the time of subscription. This includes your first and last name, as well as a valid email address.  In addition, analytical software is used by the mailing service to collect, monitor, and analyse subscribers to the Brief, which may include, but is not limited to, opens and link clicks. If you choose to unsubscribe from the Brief, your Personal Information will not be deleted and will continue to be used only for the above-stated purposes. The same is true if Le Beck unsubscribes you due to a Terms of Service violation. In either case, you can request that your Personal Information be deleted by writing to us directly, which we will then evaluate on a case-by-case basis and pursuant to our legal obligations. 

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is not disclosed to third parties, except (1) where you consent to its use and disclosure; and (2) where required to or authorised by law.
